Self Love


I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. Not just in the normal course of life's hustle & bustle
thinking. But an on purpose (no tv, no radio, zero distractions) kind of thinking. I've recently completed a level one yoga certification training. Through this process I've deepened my personal yoga practice, taught my first classes, and I'm spending a lot more time in solitude. Through the time spent in contemplation, I'm learning that I'm enough as I am. I'm learning that my needs & desires don't make me selfish or a bad person, they're simply my feelings. I'm taking the time to discover me and consequently...I'm learning to APPRECIATE me, ACCEPT me, and LOVE me.
